Collaboration with Animate Growth Partners (AGP) offers clients and partners significantly greater program results from sales, channel, and customer initiatives through design excellence, dedicated program management, and a focus on building long-term connections with the people who matter most to your business.
Owner, Lead Designer
I started AGP to meet what, in my opinion, is an underserved need in the B2B Sales and Customer Engagement field. Specifically, I want to collaborate with clients seeking program design and management expertise to support existing initiatives or to launch something totally new. Our people-first “rewards-agnostic" solution approach is difficult to find unless you go to major consulting firms, but then who has that kind of budget?!
Having worked inside performance improvement companies both large and small, I understand the benefits for clients working in each of those settings. It is a sort of sliding scale of value, from stability and depth to flexibility and speed. AGP’s business model allows clients to capture both ends of that value spectrum, because of our networked service model.
Our experienced designers have access to a much broader set of tools than most providers. Technology solutions large and small (or no technology at all if that’s what is needed), every reward type imaginable (non-cash, cash, experiences, etc.), marketing services, agency-quality creative services, and more are available to AGP because of our relationships in the industry.
Animate Growth Partners delivers programs that start strong and continually improve. Clients who hire agencies to help them manage their programs, should expect nothing less.
